Infocommunication Systems (BA)
A graduate of this specialty is able to design and build equipment and infrastructure for almost all types of telecommunications networks, in accordance with the knowledge, understanding of the requirements of industry standards and specific skills. Infocommunication systems engineer plans and builds telecommunications networks and systems of various levels and affiliations; installs and maintains transmission systems, circuit switching nodes and packets implemented using various telecommunication technologies, including nodes of intelligent and multiservice networks; assesses the quality and reliability of infocommunication systems and their components based on measurements, information processing and diagnostics; develops and masters new telecommunication equipment.
